For Your Awareness:

• Only 1 black tank (on the starboard side), not 2. Previous owners took one out. 
• Dodger and Bimini Frame: Needs new canvas (Dodger is up, it can be used but worn)
• Electrical cords from the solar panels on the bimini are still on the outside of the boat. 
• The AC unit’s thermostat needs to be mounted.
• Wind sensor needs to be replaced – not working.
• Aft cabin window frame needs rebedding 
• Forward hatch glass needs replacing
