I worked with Preston on a boat purchase in 2020. Preston is the consummate professional; very knowledgeable of the boats, the industry, and the waters. Preston never employed the ‘hard sell’; he was patient and took the time to show me all the features on the boat before the sale on land and during a sea trial, and went into further detail after the sale during a shakedown. After the sale Preston followed up several times to make sure I was happy with everything, and took calls on several weekends when I needed some reminders on features/functionality. He has always been available to me for even the smallest thing. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Preston from first contact to even a year after the sale. The next time I’m in the market for another boat, Preston will be the one I go to.
