Jim Battye is a boating safety writer, and was a USCG-licensed captain for nearly 30 years, delivering boats and teaching people to handle boats. He developed the close-quarters boat-handling curriculum that has largely been adopted by government agencies around the country. He enjoys his time on the water aboard his Regulator 32, Pops.
Over the past seven years, I have dealt with two high-quality Bluewater employees in the Kent Narrows office: my salesman John McDevitt (Regulator 32), and sales associate Sheryl Jaros.
