Bluewater Yacht Sales Celebrates Team Members at Annual Awards Banquet

Bluewater’s annual sales meeting brought together our mid-Atlantic team members as well as OEM partners hailing from Maine to Florida for a wealth of presentations, seminars and team building events. The three-day event culminated in an annual awards banquet at The Mariner’s Museum of Newport News, VA, where over 40 team members celebrated the company’s many successes in 2016.

Complete with presentations from Sabre and Back Cove’s Bentley Collins of Rockledge, ME, Pat Healey & Joe Schwab from Viking Yachts in New Gretna, NJ, and Princess Yachts of America’s Ryan Fitchett, Bluewater’s team of managers, Sales Professionals and assistants were provided with a wealth of information on some of the company’s world-class boat brands.

Our team enjoyed an enlightening and informative presentation on DISC personality assessments with John Schindell which was generously sponsored by Regulator Marine. This training not only benefits each employee in working together more efficiently but also hones their interpersonal sales skills.

After a full day of presentations, training and one-on-one assistance, the Bluewater team converged on The Mariner’s Museum for a private tour followed by dinner and cocktails, with awards presented to salesmen for their outstanding achievements throughout 2016.
