Bluewater Celebrates 2022 Award Winners

The entire Bluewater Yacht Sales team came together in Raleigh, NC for the Annual Sales Meeting to recognize the hard work that made 2022 such a success, as well as to prepare and plan for 2023. The full sales and administrative staff spent two days together to hear from industry experts, learn of upcoming business trends, build relationships with teammates, and to highlight the accomplishments of the pervious year. We were joined by speakers from our manufactures and brand partners, representatives from our vendors, as well as members of our own staff. We also took the opportunity to recognize our top performers during our annual Awards Ceremony. This year’s Top Sales Award and Top Brokerage Sales Award were presented to Scott James, with the Top New Boat Sales Award going to the duo of Jud Black and Carl Beale. Karen Monahan earned the Jan Boone Memorial Award for hard work and dedication, and over 20 other received awards for their achievements.
